Mia ate oatmeal and dried plums for breakfast. For lunch she ate hash brown casserole, most of her biscuit, and ate mandarin oranges.
Lauralea was using her iPad to take some notes on her kids this morning. She was typing away and looked down and it was all numbers. Mia had poked a button that switched it to the numbers keyboard. And she did that THREE different times! :) I made the smiley face bold because it cracked me up. Sneaky little critter! She totally knows when you are distracted.
Then later Lauralea was having all the kids do some "Doodle Buddy" art on her iPad. Then we printed it out to make a 'booklet' for Joslyn's Graduation. When it was Mia's turn she was like: "What?!? You mean I can touch the screen?? And no one will get on my case?!? SWEET!!!"
All the kids were at the window watching a squirrel that Emily had spotted. It was funny; Emily yells, "Squirrel!" And everyone smokes for the window! Kind of like a stampede!
Mia had a pretty normal morning. I can't say that for some of the kids. Some really tuned into the stress that has been going on around here this week. They've seen several of the parents crying (including today) and some of them totally tune in to that. And Joslyn knows today is her last day and she doesn't do well with transitions so she was having a tough morning. So it was a wee bit crazy around here today. :) Mia was in the chair reading and Nora joined her. Then Nora was slapping her so I moved Nora to the table to read. Well, of course, Mia soon joined Nora there. So I soon moved Nora again (out of necessity); this time to the couch. Well, of course, Mia soon joined Nora there! Mia!! I'm trying to help you here!! :) For anyone reading this who didn't get the "stress" comment; Lauralea is applying for a position as Director of the University Child Care Program.

Mia ate french bread, cantaloupe, and watermelon for breakfast. For lunch she ate turkey slices, crescent roll, acorn squash, and two servings of dried mangoes.
Here's a picture of several of the kids "marching" around the igloo. It all started with the song, "The ants go marching one by one...." Then it continued for several songs. I see Mia is packing one of the stuffed animals; looks like Minnie Mouse.
I was putting Cooper down for his morning nap and Rae and Mia started chanting "night night Cooper!" Mia's sounded like "night night oopah!"
Joslyn had all the doll blankets laid out on the floor. Mia (ever the opportunist) smoked over there and promptly stretched out on one of them. "Oh! You did this for me!??" :)
After baby Cooper woke up from his morning nap I sat him on the floor and Mia immediately scooted right over beside him, grabbed some books, and started reading to him. They all love Cooper.
Mia played with the school buses, the legos, stacking blocks, and riding in the swivel chair while Joslyn pushed it around and around.

Mia ate two servings of breakfast: whole wheat toast and mixed berries. For lunch she ate ham, crackers, bean & bacon soup, and two servings of mandarin oranges.
I was actually just going to take a picture of Cooper and his first time crawling into the igloo, but Mia and Nora joined him in there. So here they are! :)
We decided to see how Mia would do on a nap mat today! :) And she is doing awesome. (We are going to transition baby Cooper to Mia's room.) There are nine kids on nap mats in this room so she knows what she is supposed to do. I showed her earlier today where she was going to be sleeping to prep her for it. If it works, and it looks like it will, we will have you sign a permission slip for this transition. (State regulations)
Thomas was sitting by the door waiting for me to finish cleaning up after breakfast. (He was being a bit crazy and Lauralea had him hang out with me until I could help watch him.) He was trying to coax Mia to join him and keep him company. "Mia! Sit by me!" :)
Mia joined Nora at the window waving bye to Nora's dad. After Pat had driven by Mia started bonking her head on the window. Ouch!! Except Nora started laughing at her and of course that just encouraged Mia to do it some more. Silly girl! :)

Mia ate bran cereal and dried cranberries for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of cheese pizza, ate corn, and most of tropical fruit.
Yes! It's another Hair Picture!! :) But hey, it's not with Nora this time. (That happened about 10 minutes later!) I thought it was cool how there were four of them lined up and they kept switching positions in the line. And I also like how the light from the window shows up directly on Mia in the picture! :)
Joslyn had Mia by the head (with her hands) and I wasn't sure what she was trying to do so I asked. :) Joslyn said, "I'm trying to take her temperature!" It always makes me laugh how often their answers are so totally different than what I am guessing!
Darcy, I mentioned that Mia didn't need to do her job this morning (taking off Noah's socks for him) because he'd gotten them off right before Mia got here. Well, about 20 minutes before lunch baby Cooper crawled out of one of his socks and Mia pounced! She's like a kitten! :) She brought it to me and then went over and yanked off his other sock. She cracks me up!
She was laying on the floor letting Nora and Rae cover her with doll blankets. Then she was covering them. She also listened and danced to some kid's songs and played with the food toys at the table. Kenzie was hosting a "birthday party" at the table and Mia drifted in and out of the party. :)

Mia ate raisins and two servings of malt-o-meal cereal for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef with spaghetti sauce, whole wheat elbow noodles, lettuce salad, and two servings of mixed fruit.
Nora and Mia have been playing together a lot lately and they actually get along together quite nicely. (Relatively speaking, of course!) :) They do a lot of parallel (or side-by-side) play; not playing with the same toy (sharing), but similar play with similar toys. The whole "sharing thing" and "taking turns" comes later; hopefully by the time they are about 30! :) And here's a picture for an example!
Nora was upset because Mia was playing on the mattress with her shoes on. (The old "no shoes on the mattress" rule!) Nora had unhooked one of the velcro straps and was tugging on it trying to pull Mia's shoe off. Mia was just amused by the whole thing and was laying there with a grin on her face. :)
Then later I guess Nora just assumed that Mia should be about done with the binky. She went up and pulled it out of Mia's mouth and walked over and deposited it on the changing table. Mia only slightly protested so I just waited to see what she'd do. Within a few seconds Mia just strolled off and looked at some books. Ok, I guess that worked just fine. Thanks Nora! :)
We were playing outside and Aaron pushed the wagon and it was headed right at Mia who was just a few feet away. She side-stepped that wagon so quickly and easily! Lauralea and I both saw it and looked at each other and went "Whoa! That was impressive!" :)

Mia ate blueberry english muffin and blueberries for breakfast. For lunch she ate chicken and crackers, sweet potatoes, and two servings of canned cherries.
Mia was happy to see baby Cooper after I got him up from his morning nap. She grabbed a book and immediately sat down beside him. It looked like she was reading him a story. Very Cute!
When Darcy was waving bye to Mia this morning RaeAhnna was at the window too yelling, "Bye Mom!!" She did the same thing with Nora's dad and Emily's dad. Mia didn't care, but Nora did not like it at all! Rae frequently calls all the mothers "mommy" and all the dads "daddy!"
Lauralea was reading the kids a Little Red Riding Hood story from her iPad. And they were looking at some pictures that accompanied it. Mia was enjoying it and listened for a few minutes, but when Cooper got up from his nap that was the end of the story for Mia.
I helped the kids build some "steps" with the building blocks in the back room. Mia climbed right up them and then scooted off the other side on her butt. It was pretty funny because it was just like going down some regular steps; "thump thump thump thump thump!" I laughed really hard and she liked that she'd made me laugh. She tipped her head back and did a fake laugh. Dang, it was funny! :)

Mia ate biscuit and peaches for breakfast. For lunch she had two servings of baked beans, ate dinner roll, peas, and pineapple.
Mia was patting the yellow bench wanting Nora to lay down so she could cover her with a blanket. She was saying, "here here!" As you can see Nora is totally cooperating. The blanket is actually bigger than it looks in the picture. It's folded up and part of it is hanging in front of Mia. Rae is the observer. :) After I took the picture Nora was wanting to change roles and cover up Mia. Except Mia had lost interest and was reading a book , but Nora still tried to get the blanket over her head.
I wait for Mia to lose interest in her binky after she arrives and then I pick it up and put it on her cubby and she's done with it for the day except nap time. Shortly after Mommy dropped off Mia the binky was on the floor except Nora grabbed it before I did and stuck it back in Mia's mouth. Thanks Nora, but that's not helpful. :) The next time I grabbed it right before Nora did!
Nora was allowing Mia to work on her hair again this morning. They were back in the same spot on the climber steps where they always go to fix hair. Mia is not the gentlest of hair stylists, but Nora tolerates it anyhow. :) Mia wanted to work on Nora's hair just as soon as Lauralea had put ponies in her hair. She was pointing at the pony tail holders saying, "ont boo!" (Want blue!)
RaeAhnna was wanting Mia to play with her and she was holding out her hand saying, "Come here Mia!" And Mia started following her around and they played together a lot. They were putting the bowls (the ones Rae has in her hands in the picture) over their mouths and making lots of sounds; listening to the echo sounds.

Mia ate waffle and hash browns for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, brown rice, peppers, and oranges. She's never ate those oranges that well before; she kind of plays with them and squishes them. So this time I just fed them to her with a spoon and she ate all of them.
This was so cute; Kenzie had organized a "story time" outside. She told everyone to sit down and this group sat right down. Then she started "Once upon a time..."
And in this picture I just thought Mia was cute sitting on the teeter-totter by herself. I stepped on the other end and lifted her in the air, but it didn't really distract her too much. :) It looked like she was having some deep and serious thoughts.
She was excited when baby Cooper woke up from his morning nap. I was holding him and she came up and started saying, "Pooooper, Pooooper!" :)
The kids were all watching the street sweeper go back-n-forth on both sides of the streets. And it was on both streets past our house. So they got to watch for a long time. Mia also played with the dump trucks outside.

Mia ate cheerios and banana for breakfast. For lunch she ate cheese sandwich, drank tomato soup, and ate apple pieces.
I was letting Mia drink her tomato soup by herself and she was doing a good job so I had to take a picture.
I think it's so cute when she's waving bye to mom in the morning. First she has to take her binky out to blow the kisses. Which works fine because she forgets about it and then I just put it on her cubby. Then she doesn't "blow" or "throw" the kisses. She just kisses her hand a bunch of times. :)
Baby Noah crawled out of one of his socks. Mia sprinted over and got it saying, "oh oh, oh oh!" And she brought it to me. Then she must have figured he didn't need the other one on either because she yanked it off and brought it to me too. :)
Have you seen her sitting and experimenting with her fingers? She's been hooking the middle finger over her index finger. :) I was watching her do that last week and again this morning.
Mia was sitting in the swivel chair and Nora was making it go around. Then Thomas showed up and he grabs the chair and starts spinning in circles, running with it as fast as his legs could travel. Mia was like "now this is more like it! Go Thomas go!"

Mia ate oatmeal and dried cranberries for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat elbow noodles with peas and shredded cheese, and ate applesauce.
Here's another picture of Nora, Mia, and RaeAhnna working on each other's hair. I know I've posted ones before like this, but they love this activity. And you'll notice they are in the same spot as the previous pictures. Mia was done first and took off, except Rae didn't want her to go and was hanging on to Mia's ponytail! :) (You may have to get a new hairdresser if they won't release your hair!)
Well a rainy day calls for getting out some of the 'special' toys. Here's Mia crawling through the tunnel. They had lots of fun with it. There are probably four kids crawling inside and you can see five waiting to go! Mia would streak through the tunnel pretty fast!
First thing this morning Emily went in to poop and soon she yelled, "I'm done!" So I yelled back, "I'm coming!" Mia mimicked me with the same words and volume; "Ah uhiee!!" It made us laugh. :) Ok, Mia you go in and wipe Emily!
Baby Cooper was sitting on the floor, Mia looks at him, turns around and backs up to him and sits on his lap! I guess he looked like a chair to her! :)
On Fridays before "toy exchange weekend" we'll pile up all the daycare washables and the kids love helping haul everything out to the washer. We put the step stool in front of the washer so they can climb up and load it. Mia was being a big helper and she was loving it.

Mia ate raisin english muffin for breakfast. For lunch she ate turkey burger, two servings of green beans, and ate kiwi.
Here's Mia's preferred method of carrying her purse around. Hey, she's got her hands free to deal with other things. :) I told Lauralea it's the "puppy style" of carrying a purse.
She loves pulling all the clothes off the dolls and here she is trying to put some back on. Taking things off or apart is just soooo much easier! When we switched rooms in the back this morning she and Nora destroyed some legos buildings in a minute. Kenzie and Joslyn had worked 20 minutes to build them. But they weren't there to witness the demolition! :)
Baby Cooper is very close to crawling and he gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. Mia gave his butt a good push to help him along this morning! Except the end result was a face-plant. The look on her face said, "Oh oh! I was so sure that would be helpful!"
She was walking across the room and she hooked her foot in the strap of a purse. She studied it for a few seconds and then was experimenting with dragging it along with her feet. I think it's fascinating how many times "learning" happens by "accident." And that's an example of what I mean.

Mia ate two servings of cinnamon roll and ate dried plums for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of her scrambled eggs, half of her waffle, ate most of hash browns, and ate cantaloupe.
Baby Noah crawled out of a shoe and Mia grabbed it and was scooting along behind him trying to get his shoe on. :) And all the time she was saying, "shoe shoe..."
I've coached Mia to say, "I love Gary!" so many times that all we have to say is "Hey Mia, can...." And she'll say, "Ah Gary!" before we even finish the sentence. :) And it doesn't matter if it's Lauralea or me; she'll answer the same way. We were getting a kick out of that this morning.
Then she had one of the doll blankets and was covering baby Cooper with it. She was kind of sprawled out on him trying to cover him. She probably thought she had her own doll to play with. :)
The kids played with sidewalk chalk outside. I never really saw Mia get any chalk on the sidewalk or even try. However, her face, hands, and clothes were all chalky! :)
Then she was playing in the wagon and Rae crawled in there with her. They were trying to get little Riley to pull them and she was trying really hard. They were kind of "inching" along!

Mia ate two servings of jelly toast and two servings of dried mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate about half of her beef & bean burrito, ate sweet potatoes, and tropical fruit.
Mia played with lots of stuff outside, but the bikes were the first. They all start by propelling themselves with their feet like she is doing in the picture, but they're also learning how to steer and move through the sidewalk "traffic." Which is pretty important! So when they do start pedaling they have the steering part down. (As soon as they learn to quit staring at their feet!) :)
Mia had her face right up to my coffee cup this morning peering into the cup. Several different times! I told Lauralea I hadn't seen anything drip into my cup yet! :) Little Miss Curiosity!
Mia heard Kenzie and Emily talking about pillows so she went over to the couch and got one of my pillows, held it up towards them and said, "illow!" :)
At least once a day, usually in the morning, Joslyn will stop and talk to Mia and sometimes take Mia's face in her hands and get right on her level. Mia absolutely loves that. She gets the sweetest little look on her face like "oh, she likes me!" And she listens and studies Joslyn's face intently.
Outside she played with the balls, on the climbers, wagons, and waved at every airplane that flew over.

Mia ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast. For lunch she ate ham sandwich, peas, and two servings of mandarin oranges.
Mia was at the window waving bye to Thomas' mom with him and she was saying, "Byyyyeeee!" with this 'gargling' sound. It sounded so funny!
Mia was playing with the dress up clothes and she had a clip-on tie. She was trying to put it on her ear so maybe she thought it was a clip-on earring. :)
The kid's first 'order of business' as soon as they go outside is find some "stinking dandelions" for Gary to dig up. And here's a picture of them. They've got the dandelion surrounded! :)
Outside, Nora was just needing a break away from everyone and she was content to lay on the bench and relax. Mia was very concerned and kept going over and chatting with her and trying to figure out why she was just laying there! :)
And here's a picture of Mia being in the middle of some activity on the merry-go-round. She was only there for a few seconds, but I got a picture!

Mia had bites of brown rice and ate raisins for breakfast. For lunch she ate bite of meat loaf, half of french bread, ate carrots, and dried apricots.
Mia played with the food toys and with RaeAhnna frequently beside her. I just thought it was cute how Mia was eating this cake! Mia, your eyes are so pretty!
And here's a picture of Mia and RaeAhnna outside on the teeter-totter. This is how Toddlers do it!! Both facing the same direction and Mia on the wrong side of the handle. :)
First thing this morning I was drinking my coffee and Mia came over with her usual cup and spoon and started stirring. I asked her, "Are you stirring your coffee?" She looked at me and her eyes got big (well, bigger!) and she slowly started moving her spoon toward my coffee! And watching me intently. "Is he really going to let me do this!?!" I guess all she heard was "Stir Coffee!" :)
When Lauralea fixes the girl's hair she always puts the ponytail holder in front of them and they choose which color they want. There are six choices. Mia does the same thing every time. She points at any color and says blue. "Boooo, boooo."

Mia ate cinnamon toast and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate bites of chicken strips, ate dinner roll, hash browns, and canned cherries.
How cute is this; Mia with four ponytails! :) Whenever Lauralea just does the ponytail on top there are still 'side hairs' that like to get in her face. So she decided to do four. Mia sat still for all of that with very minimal squirming! Good job Mia. Then she really checked it all out in the mirror.
And I thought the top angle was so cute too! Mia then watched Lauralea do four ponytails in Emily's hair. Lauralea had the squirt bottle and Mia laughed when Lauralea squirted water on Emily's hair. :)
I've been on Mia's case this week for chewing on the books. Lauralea also told Mia to take the book out of her mouth this morning and then Lauralea did the sign language for "read a book." So Mia starts waving "bye!" :) I think the sign language was lost on Mia that time! Then I turn around and Nora is "feeding" Mia a book. "Nora! That is not being helpful!" :)
Outside, the 'older' kids had the big balls and were lining them up a few feet away form the fence. Then they'd run to where they put the balls and start kicking them across the yard. They were doing this over and over. Lauraela was sitting in her chair saying, "ready, set, go!" And they were waiting for her to say it each time. Well Lauralea got up to do something and Mia immediately takes over Lauralea's job. She gets in Lauraleas' chair and starts yelling, "Ready, set, go!!" She was using the same cadence and intonation. That was soooo cute!

Mia ate whole wheat bagel and peaches for breakfast. For lunch she ate ham, half of her mac-n-cheese, ate lettuce salad, and bites of corn.
There were a couple of Case Workers here doing some observing this morning. One of them was a Speech therapist for one of the kids and the other was doing a progress evaluation on the same child. So it always changes everything when a visitor is present. Some of the kids go into immediate show-off mode and they were bailing off the climber onto the mattress. And some sat very close to us and on our laps doing their own evaluation to see if these people were safe. :) Which group do you think Mia was in? :) Yup, squealing and racing around at a high speed.
After she got here this morning she snuggled close to Lauralea for a long time. Personally, I think it was because she was trying to get close to the iPad! :)
RaeAhnna was crying about something this morning and Mia was trying to fix it by offering her a toy. Mia has been showing that kind of empathy more and more and it's very sweet.
She had fun drawing at art today and she does art the same way she does everything; in high gear with lots of enthusiasm. So the color strokes are long and vigorous. You will notice I labeled that art piece "Wild Thing!" :)
Nora, Mia, and Riley are at the "OH OH!!" stage. They are always finding something that is slightly off and quickly point it out with the "OH OH!!" This morning Nora was pointing at spots of milk on Mia's highchair. "OH OH!!" And of course Mia was able to return the favor and find some minuscule thing wrong with Nora's plate. "OH OH!!" :)
Mia spent most of the outside time on the bikes. She's really been into the bikes lately. Her traffic skills are seriously lacking so she's been the cause of some major cases of "road rage." They quickly learn how to "go around" each other though. They hear that phrase a LOT. :)

Mia ate waffle and pears for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of tuna and crackers, ate sweet potatoes, and oranges.
Lauralea braided Emily's hair and then said, "I'll try to put a little braid in Mia's hair!" So you can see she got two or three braids in it. :) Mia fiddled with it constantly for the first 30 minutes. :) After Nora arrived Mia was trying to show the fancy hairdo to her.
Darcy, we were waiting for you at the window and a silver car came zooming around the corner from the opposite direction. (It actually did look similar to your car.) Mia was waving with tons of enthusiasm. Sorry Honey, wrong car. So when you drove up she just stood and looked and finally managed a "half-hearted" wave. :) She was probably thinking; "I just waved at you!"
Baby Cooper has a bad cough and does not feel well today. He was crying and Mia was patting him on the back trying her best to comfort him. :)
Mia and Nora were playing with the food toys and Mia was letting Nora feed her and letting Nora stir with a spoon in her cup. Mia also played with RaeAhnna again and this time they were pretending to sleep and covering each other with blankets. (Following Kenzie and Joslyn's lead.) Like I've mentioned before (I think) they have similar attention spans and Mia would lay for three seconds and jump up and then it was Rae's turn to lay for three seconds. :)

Mia ate chex cereal and fruit salad for breakfast. For lunch she ate roast beef sandwich, sips of tomato soup, and ate apple pieces.
Nora was sitting on my lap on the couch and Mia came up to give Nora loves. They were loving and hugging on each other and it was so fun to watch them. Nora was with her Grandparents all weekend and I think she was happy to be with her daycare friends. Mia really enjoys getting and receiving loves from the other children.
Mia played with the dress-up clothes and brought me one of the tutus to put on her. After we got it on she went over to the mirror, looked at herself for awhile, and then was blowing kisses to that person in the mirror. It would have been fun to know exactly what she was thinking. Anyhow it was pretty stinking funny and cute! :)
She also read lots of books before we went outside. Lately she's been reading them aloud and with some volume I might add. She does just about everything with lots of enthusiasm!
The first thing she played with outside was one of the wagons. She was pulling Aaron up and down the sidewalk and then Emily jumped in too. She didn't seem to mind at all, just kept on pulling. :) She's a tough little critter! After awhile Aaron returned the favor and was pulling her around too.
Mia also played with the balls, on the climbers, the teeter-totters, but she always went back to the wagons when one became available.

Mia ate half of her oatmeal and ate dried plums for breakfast. For lunch she had bites of hash brown casserole, ate half of her biscuit, and ate mandarin oranges.
Mia and Nora figured out a new way to use the hooks on the dress-up clothes rack. They'd hang some cups there and then swat them to get them swinging.
I told Darcy how much Mia likes to watch Lauralea when she's using her iPad. (She uses it to do these journals.) The iPad went to sleep and Mia knew which button to push to turn it on. :)
When Momma Jamie brought the Cline kids today she brought a large container of animal crackers (that someone had given them) for us to use. Mia saw those and she started smacking her lips. :)
Mia was playing with the food toys and RaeAhnna joined her. Mia was letting Rae 'feed' her and then later they were fixing each other's hair again. Rae likes playing with Mia and I think Mia enjoys it too. Even though Rae is older their attention spans are quite similar and they are 'wired' similarly too. They may only sit for a few seconds for the 'hair fixing' thing, but neither of them really care. In contrast to that Thomas was wanting to 'fix' Mia's hair so she sat for a few seconds and took off. Thomas said, "I'm not ready yet!" Which I thought was pretty funny. Rae also mimics play that Mia and Nora do. (Such as playing with the cups in the picture above. A minute later Rae was doing the same thing.)

Mia ate french bread and cantaloupe for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of turkey slices, ate crescent roll, pineapple, and dried mangoes.
I recently posted a picture of Mia hanging off the couch like this, but here's Emily beside her and you can see where Mia got the idea. :) This is a frequent game with the 'older' kids.
Thomas and Mia were having fun reading their books and I haven't posted a picture of Mia reading for a few days. :) Thomas was singing the "ABC" song while looking at his book.
Darcy, Mia had a very good morning and played like her normal self. Her nose was a bit runny, but overall I think she seemed to be better. Maybe she was looking like she needed a hug because Joslyn went up and gave her the sweetest love. Mia even followed Joslyn when she was done trying to get some more loves. :)
She played with the food toys for the longest time and was totally engaged with them. How engaged? Well I'm glad you asked! There were seven and eight kids jumping on the mattress having a good time and Mia didn't even notice! She had a bowl, a plate, and of course the usual; a spoon in a cup. Then Nora went over and Mia was 'feeding' her. With a large wooden spoon! :)

Mia ate whole wheat toast and mixed berries for breakfast. For lunch she had a bite of ham, ate crackers, bean & bacon soup, and ate kiwi.
Kenzie and Joslyn were helping Lauralea build this 'block enclosure' and Joslyn said it was "McDonalds." Kenzie said, "No! It's Wendy's!" Then Kenzie was trying to explain what it was to my group when we went in the room. (And how they were supposed to play with it!) Mia just looked at them like "I don't know what you're talking about, but I'm glad to be here!" :)
Emily and Mia were waving at Mia's mom at the window this morning. Right before Darcy went by another car went zooming around the corner. Mia started waving like crazy and so Emily waved and said, "Mia has a puppy!!" There was a dog sitting in the front seat! Oh man, that was so funny!
Mia was playing with her favorite spinning chair in the back room and was trying to coax Nora to get in the chair. Nora wasn't about to fall for that old trick! :)
Mia was fixing Rae's hair again and then they switched spots and Rae was working on Mia's hair. Every time Mia is working on someone's hair she reaches up for the 'supplies' on the window sill.
Then she was sitting at the table with Nora playing with some food toys. Nora tried to grab one Mia was holding. Mia quickly bailed off the bench and took off! No chance of catching her! :)
