At Story Time I asked, "What is this book?" ("Give the Dog a Bone.") Mia said, "Nick Nack Dog a Bone." Which is basically how it starts out. We also colored with markers at Art Time and did some halloween stickers.
Mia and Cooper were putting on the animals masks and doing animal sounds. We could't think of a rabbit sound so Mia was just "hopping!"
Mia and Cooper were watching me change Elliott's diaper and making their usual sounds of disgust! I was putting some cream on the baby's bottom and Mia said, "don't put paint on him!"
Cooper and Mia played with the legos and food toys and did pretty well for a Monday morning! They had a few squabbles and Mia asked Cooper, "Are you ok...are you still sad?!" Except it was usually because she'd been harassing him! They also colored with markers at Art Time and did some halloween stickers.
I was putting a new bandaid on my owie and Mia said, "Ooooh, I'm sorry." And it was very sweet with sympathy. However, she also uses the "sorry!" thing a lot to try to get herself out of a jam; particularly when she's been a turkey to Cooper. :)
